Concrete mixer wear parts, mixer blades, mixer liners, stirring arm running-in period

First, wear faster. Due to factors such as processing, assembly and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough, the contact surface area of the mating surface is small, and the pressure state of the surface is uneven. During the running process of the machine, the concaves and convexes on the surface of the parts engage with each other, and the metal scraps that have fallen down serve as abrasives and continue to participate in the friction, which also accelerates the wear of the parts' mating surfaces. Therefore, wear and tear of parts (particularly mating surfaces) are easily caused during the run-in period. At this time, if it is overloaded, parts may be destroyed and early failures may occur.
Second, poor lubrication. Since the newly assembled parts have a small fitting gap and due to assembly and the like, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fitting gap, and the lubricant oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prohibit wear. As a result, the lubrication efficiency is reduced, resulting in abnormal abnormal wear of the parts. In severe cases, it can result in scratches or seizures on the surface of the precision-matched friction surface, causing failures.
Third, the new processing and assembly of parts, there is a geometric shape and fit the size of the deviation, in the initial application, due to impact, vibration and other alternating load, and heat, deformation and other factors, coupled with excessive wear and other reasons, Easily loosen the originally fastened parts.
Fourth, leakage occurred. Due to mechanical loosening, vibration and heat affected by the machine, the machine's sealing surface and pipe joints, etc., will exhibit leakage; some casting, machining and other shortcomings, it is difficult to invent during assembly and debugging, but due to the vibration during the work process , Impact, this shortcoming is exposed, expressed as leakage (seepage) oil (water). Therefore, the leakage phenomenon easily occurs during the run-in period.
Fifth, more mistakes in operations. Due to lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially new operators), it is easy to cause malfunctions due to operational errors, and even cause mechanical accidents.
